With many years of experience and steady growth, I have had the opportunity to organise and deliver a wide range of event formats myself: parties, shows and theatre productions, conferences, trade fair appearances and outdoor events – all of which can be staged not only in person but also in hybrid or virtual formats. I work on events of all sizes, primarily in northern Germany but also across Europe.

Getting involved at an early stage...

There are always constraints in terms of time and location. If you wish, I’d be happy to guide you through the entire design and planning process. Thanks to my many years of experience and a trained eye, I can raise all the relevant questions at an early stage and help us work towards a shared goal. If you wish, and as required, I’m also happy to use various 2D or 3D tools.

I’m on site

I personally oversee the implementation and support on site. Whether I’m personally responsible for individual functions in the control room or acting as project manager. Thanks to my wide-ranging expertise, I can identify emerging bottlenecks and problems at an early stage and, depending on the situation, help get things back on track. No matter how much planning goes into it: at some point, you need someone to actually do the work. Whether that means pressing the right buttons at the right moment or being in the truck at the third level...

A fine selection of high-quality materials from reputable manufacturers ensures that the right tools are always to hand for both our own and external projects. They are reliably maintained and looked after. With regular use, the results become even more polished and refined. For most projects, everything needed for a quick turnaround is already in the cargo room. However, I am happy to incorporate local solutions to save on costs or avoid unnecessary journeys.

I take care of ensuring these details run smoothly, coordinate with the speakers and work behind the scenes to make sure your schedule stays on track, so you can focus entirely on the content, speakers and participants. I can also modify content during the coffee break or arrange for speakers who are unable to attend to join in at short notice. For international events, I can also host them in English. I can organise all formats such as live, hybrid or virtual events.

Sharing knowledge is great fun! Being curious and eager to learn myself, I help break down content in a child-friendly way – making it easy to understand yet still accurate.

Where necessary, we create animations, films, and even experiments and demonstrations. With my background as a qualified engineer and my connections to scientists and experts, I can always find the right explanations and speakers. I have also had the opportunity to fulfil the requirements of many well-known acts for my clients.

In addition, I produce popular quiz formats or supply questions to the editorial team. My portfolio also includes the integration of live polls to engage with the audience.

What do a ship’s cargo hold, a dark stable, a research laboratory, a cemetery chapel, a bare-brick building, or a lecture theatre from the 1950s have in common? Places like these can be your venue, right on the spot. Just in a completely different atmosphere, making them perfect for events you never thought possible there!

I love transforming places or highlighting their special charm. Often, the skilful use of lighting is all it takes. Let things take place where they belong – bring politicians and scientists together for a presentation at the test bench, hold festive balls in old factory halls, or welcome prospective buyers to the building shell.

Whether equipment needs to be hoisted in by crane, the building shell has no power in the evening, or the set-up time is just one hour – I’ll solve the specific challenges of your event. And that ensures it remains a personalised and unique experience. What’s more, it often eliminates the need to hire external venues.
